Terms of service

These terms apply to paid programming consulting services offered by Logic Ridge Consulting (SSM 202103045612), 51,Jalan Padungan, 93100 Kuching, Malaysia, operated by Nurul Aisyah binti Rahman.

Services

We provide software architecture assessments, code review sprints, and technical advisory as described in a mutually agreed statement of work. Deliverables are advisory documents and findings — not guaranteed outcomes or production deployments unless explicitly stated.

Quotes and payment

Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are payable by bank transfer within fourteen days unless the statement of work specifies milestone billing. Late payments may pause work until accounts are current.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to repositories, stakeholders for readouts, and accurate context about constraints. Delays in access may shift delivery dates without penalty to us.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your code and materials. Our written deliverables are licensed to you for internal use upon payment. We may reuse generic methodologies but not your confidential artefacts.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged under NDA or marked as confidential in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a statement of work is limited to the fees paid for that statement of work. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes should first be addressed in good faith via info@logic-ridge.digital.

Changes

We may update these terms for future engagements; the version in force is the one linked at the time you sign a statement of work.
