Refund policy

Logic Ridge Consulting sells paid programming consulting services. This policy explains refunds under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 framework and our commercial practice.

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid for consulting statements of work that have not yet been fully delivered. Once a milestone readout and written deliverable for that milestone are accepted, that milestone fee is non-refundable.

Timeframe

Proposed baseline (pending business confirmation): service fees are refundable within seven calendar days of written confirmation of the statement of work, minus any work already performed at hourly rates stated in the quote.

Deposits and milestones

Deposits secure calendar capacity. If you cancel before work starts, the deposit is refundable minus administrative costs stated in your quote. Milestone payments become non-refundable once work on that milestone begins.

How to request

Email info@logic-ridge.digital or call +60-82-000-1709 with your invoice number, statement of work reference, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within fourteen business days.

Consumer remedies

Malaysian consumers may pursue remedies under the Consumer Protection Act 1999, including the Tribunal for Consumer Claims for qualifying disputes up to RM 50,000.

Rescheduling

Advisory calls may be rescheduled with at least twenty-four hours’ notice. Repeated no-shows may forfeit the booked hour.

Exceptions

Custom engagements with different refund language in the signed statement of work override this page to the extent of any conflict.
