This notice is issued under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) as amended by the Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act 2024.

What we collect

• Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, and message text you submit voluntarily.
• Consent preference: your accept/reject choice for non-essential storage, held locally in your browser (see Cookies & storage).
• Server logs: if your hosting provider records IP addresses or timestamps for the /api/inquiry handler, those logs are used only for security and delivery of your message.

We do not run analytics pixels, advertising tags, or social widgets on this site.

Purposes and legal bases

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and maintain records of commercial correspondence. Processing is based on your consent when you submit the form and on legitimate interests in operating a professional services business.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Processors may include email or hosting providers bound by contract. Data may be disclosed if required by Malaysian law or a competent authority.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months after the last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is needed for tax or dispute resolution, then securely deleted or anonymised.

Security and integrity

We apply access controls, encrypted transport (HTTPS), and staff confidentiality expectations. No method is perfect; please avoid sending passwords or card numbers through the inquiry form.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent for marketing (we do not send bulk marketing without opt-in). The 2025 amendments recognise data portability where technically feasible — contact the DPO to exercise rights.

Data breach notification

If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Commissioner as soon as practicable where required under section 12B of the amended Act, and affected individuals when significant harm is likely.

Cross-border transfers

If infrastructure outside Malaysia is used by our processors, we ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with PDPA requirements.
