Each project opens with a written statement of work listing repositories or artefacts in scope, review depth, deliverable format, and calendar. Milestone invoices align with readout meetings so you can pause between phases.
Ongoing advisory
Advisory blocks use a simple hour ledger: you book questions, we respond within the agreed window, and unused hours expire per your contract month. This suits teams between major releases who still want architectural guardrails.
Collaboration norms
Findings are shared through your chosen ticket system or secure document store. We join readouts by video; on-site working sessions in Kuching can be arranged when travel is justified.
Confidentiality
Mutual NDA is standard before repository access. We do not reuse your code or diagrams in marketing materials.
